Donato Totaro is editor of the longest running online monthly film journal, Offscreen, and member of AQCC (Association québécoise des critiques de cinéma) since 2004. Totaro has been a part-time professor in Film Studies at Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) since 1990, where he has taught a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses on Film Comedy, The Horror Genre, Film History, Film Aesthetics, Italian Popular Genres, Film Criticism and Temporality in Cinema. Totaro has published on recent Asian cinema, Canadian cinema, Andrei Tarkovsky, and the horror genre and has written and/or edited over 1000 articles for Offscreen.
